10:17 pm - going forward

I am striving to take care of me, and I feel I will accomplish this. Today I asked a friend to teach me how to shoot... I thought perhaps target shooting might be a good hobby to try out. I picked up a sort of self help book on walking from the Library .. I plan to make a habit of walking at least five days out of the week.
Today was a bit tough but I'm okay.. I can still smile and I focus on what I can smile about. I know I'm a published artist and have actually sold some of my artwork in prior years. When I put my mind to a task i do accomplish said task no matter the obstcals. I am a strong young woman who is capable of taking care of herself and can be a good friend.
While it wasn't easy today to keep my mind from drifting back to the things that make me angry and hurt I kept pushing those thoughts away and replaced them with productive thoughts. To help with this i have several things to occupy my mind so I will work on keeping my mind focused on productive thinking.
I was given a bit of advice today which I think is worth keeping in mind..
it's this : surround yourself with happy and successful people and you will become happy and successful,
surround yourself with depressed people who only complain about the bad in their life then you will become like those people.
Which would you choose?
I don't know what is in store for me as far as romance goes but I'm not sure if anyone in the Realms is left who would be any good for me and I for them. I've hurt all the ones I've been with. I think perhaps I should just give up with dating in the realms. I don't know.. one day at a time..

4:17 am - Striving to be strong

I'll be digging a little deeper for that inner strength but I know it's there...
it's been a rough month or so and I gotta say I likely deserve it but maybe that's just me being cynical. I'm sure there are some people out there who do believe I deserve to be dumped on or hurt.
As of right now I know that
Someone Hates me
Someone Loves me
Someone Likes me
And Someone Is my friend
I can't change the bad so I'll try / attempt to focus on the good.
(as they say the best way to have a friend is to be a friend)
I think I just need to work on being a better friend to the friends I have.
And to catch up on my life... I'm looking for a job because my assignment at the temp agency ended. I've gone through a break up. I know I've hurt a few people I've apologized but it just doesn't seem enough.
I'm moving to the house across the street from me with my mother and father... the house had once belonged to my grand parents.
My Pepere passed away in May.. I got the call at a Memorial Day party. My Memere had passed away 5 years prior.
But my parents are good and loving people.. I have two sisters and two brother in laws.. and my Godson Logan.. :) I could do a great deal worse.
I know I'm a good person.. I have made many mistakes ... I will strive to improve myself..
I really do want to move forward in my life ..
I can do this..

To those who would like to know Yes, I'm okay I was just shaky after the accident but other than that I'm okay. I was lucky no one was in the other truck a hit and I was lucky to walk away with just being shaken up.
 So to those of you who have cell phones and text while driving..
DON'T!!
I'm sure none of you need to be told this but I thought I'd put it down anyway.
Don't monkey around with your phone while driving...
